Terms of Service

This page provides provisional terms of service for StimmApp until the final legal version is published.

1. Purpose of the App

StimmApp enables users to create and participate in petitions and polls.

2. Responsible Use

Users agree not to publish unlawful, offensive, pornographic, hateful, threatening, or misleading content. StimmApp applies a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behavior.

3. Reports, Blocking, and Enforcement

Users can report content and block other users. Blocked users are hidden from the personal feed immediately. Reports about objectionable content are reviewed within 24 hours. Violations may result in content removal and suspension or permanent termination of the responsible account.

4. Account and Access

You are responsible for the security of your account. If you suspect misuse, contact support.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version will always be published on this page.
